The Putnam Arts Council (PAC) is pleased to announce it will be hosting the Putnam Fine Arts and Crafts Festival on June 17th and 18th, 2023. The PAC is excited to add this event to the list of events and arts for which Putnam is known. It will bring local communities together for a day of art, music, and fun as well as being close to the wonderful restaurants and businesses in the downtown area.

Join in the fun as our community members come up with wildly creative scarecrow designs. Individuals, organizations, groups and businesses alike are all welcome to participate – REGISTRATION DEADLINE, OCTOBER 16TH.

Santa comes to Putnam Rotary Park on a big red fire truck to light the Christmas lights and Big Ornament! WINY will broadcast live and provide hot chocolate and Christmas cookies.
