I was born and raised, for the most part, in Putnam. As I watched some of my high school
classmates move away from this area, I couldn’t help but dream about one day owning my own home in the small town I grew to love so much. So, when it came time for my husband and me to buy our first home, Putnam was where we planted our roots.
This town has come a long way since I was a little girl growing up here and it has everything to
do with the people and businesses who have made Putnam their home too. They have committed to making it one of the best little towns in this state. From the restaurants, the River Trail, the cute boutique shops, the amazing art community — that I am excited to be a part of and help grow — to all the amazing events the people and businesses come together to put on throughout the year, Putnam has something to offer everyone.
I am humbled to have witnessed how far Putnam has come over the years. I am honored to be a part of enriching our community further. But mostly, I am grateful I get to live in this modest town and call it home. Our town may be small, but we have big dreams for it. So, whether you are planning on becoming a part of our community or just passing through, Putnam will most certainly leave a lasting impression on your heart.
